De la cuisine on acc\u00e8de aussi ( 3 marches) au salon, puis \u00e0 la salle de bain , \u00e0 la salle d’eau et a 2 WC. Tous les \u00e9l\u00e9ments authentiques ont \u00e9t\u00e9 conserv\u00e9. L\u2019\u00e9l\u00e9ment le plus particulier est relatif au sol de cuisine. Les dalles sont des \u00ab pierres de pluie \u00bb. Elles sont le barom\u00e8tre de la maison. Lorsque sur le sol une fiche couche d\u2019humidit\u00e9 se forme et le rends luisant c\u2019est le signe de la pluie dans quelques heures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n La mare au bord du jardin au pied de la maison est attach\u00e9e \u00e0 la rivi\u00e8re dit le \u00ab Merdan \u00bb. En cas de fortes pluies sur le plateau du Larzac en automne, en hiver ou au printemps elle peut devenir en quelques minutes un fort torrent qui va se jeter dans la rivi\u00e8re de la Sorgues<\/p>\n\n\n\n Tout d\u2019abord le respect du voisinage et de la nature est pr\u00e9pond\u00e9rant pour nous. Si vous \u00eates fumeur nous vous remercions de ne pas fumer dans la maison ni jeter vos m\u00e9gots dans la nature, idem pour tous les d\u00e9chets pouvant provenir de l\u2019activit\u00e9 humaine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Familly house. House on two floors built in 1380 in the middle of nature 6km from the village of Cornus, at the source of the Sorgues. The 195 m2 house was completely restored in 2023. It includes 4 bedrooms, two toilets, an office, 2 living room, 2 kitchens, a terrace, a shower room, a bathroom, a garden. Here, you truly disconnect.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The basin in nature instead of the garden at the foot of the house is attached to the river “Merdan” in case of heavy rain on the Larzac plateau in autumn, winter or spring it can become in a few minutes a strong torrent that will flow into the river of the Sorgues<\/p>\n\n\n\n First of all, respect for the neighborhood and nature is paramount to us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 1\/ IT IS FORBIDDEN TO LIGHT FIREPLACES, BREAD OVENS AND MAKE FIRES IN NATURE<\/strong>;<\/p>\n\n\n\n For safety reasons, the chimneys of the house are closed and the drain is closed. It is not provided in unlimited quantities. We thank you, also out of respect for water resources, to turn off the water while you soap up.<\/p>\n\n\n\n -FAUNA<\/p>\n\n\n\n A wide variety of birds and present around the house including rabbits, wild boar, squirrels and dormice. The latter, who are particularly intelligent and greedy, are used to running on rooftops and sometimes breaking into attics. They are in no way a danger to humans, but live at night, sometimes causing the sounds of nocturnal cavalcades. Bienvenue dans notre maison familiale un v\u00e9ritable havre de paix nich\u00e9 au c\u0153ur du plateau du Larzac au milieu d’une nature pr\u00e9serv\u00e9e et spectaculaire. Ici vous profiterez d’un cadre rare ou le silence, la beaut\u00e9 brute de paysage et l’histoire se rencontrent.
Ses 195 m2 offrent beaucoup d’espace pour les familles, les groupes d’amis ou les voyageurs en qu\u00eate d’un lieu inspirant. Les pi\u00e8ces sont confortables et agenc\u00e9es pour vivre des moments conviviaux tout en pr\u00e9servant la tranquilit\u00e9 de chacun.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
La maison est situ\u00e9e au c\u0153ur d’un territoire unique class\u00e9 au patrimoine mondial de l’UNESCO. Randonn\u00e9es, paysages lunaires, villages m\u00e9di\u00e9vaux, brebis du Larzac, silence absolu. Ici on d\u00e9croche vraiment.
La maison est r\u00e9partie sur un rdc et un \u00e9tage. Au rdc les pi\u00e8ces de vie, de toilettes et une chambre. Au premier \u00e9tage un bureau, trois chambres ( dont une est accessible en traversant une autre) , un cabinet de toilette avec wc, un deuxi\u00e8me salon et une deuxi\u00e8me cuisine.
L’entr\u00e9e de la maison de fait par la cuisine . Face \u00e0 la cuisine se trouve la terrasse qui permet de prendre au printemps et en \u00e9t\u00e9 les repas \u00e0 l’ext\u00e9rieur en plein nature.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
De plein pied avec la maison on d\u00e9couvre une grande terrasse enti\u00e8rement en bois, comme une scene pos\u00e9e au milieu du paysage. Ici rien ne vient troubler la vue: devant vous c’est la nature a perte de regard. Aucun vis a vis, aucune route, seulement le mouvement des arbres et le ciel.
La terrasse devient ainsi le c\u0153ur du s\u00e9jour: un belv\u00e9d\u00e8re sur la nature, une invitation a la contemplation, un refuge ou l’on vit dehors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
De la cuisine on acc\u00e8de enfin , par un escalier, \u00e0 l’\u00e9tage sup\u00e9rieur dans le bureau \u00e0 partir duquel on acc\u00e8de aux chambres, au bureau et a un deuxi\u00e8me salon et une deuxi\u00e8me cuisine. L’\u00e9tage est aussi accessible par l’ext\u00e9rieur de la maison via une autre entr\u00e9e.
La maison est \u00e9quip\u00e9e de la fibre optique. Le WI fi est disponible dans toutes les pi\u00e8ces.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
